Mrs. Krumbein has been a litigation paralegal for KCLS since we opened our doors in 2003. She has extensive knowledge in FDCPA violations. She also is knowledgeable in FCRA violations.

Mrs. Krumbein has traveled across the country speaking to paralegals and teaching paralegals what to look for in their Bankruptcy law firm for FCRA and FDCPA claims.

Mrs. Krumbein has been asked to speak at the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney 18^th Annual Conference paralegal tract in San Francisco in May 2010. She will speak on the topics of how Bankruptcy is intertwined with FDCPA and FCRA.
