Mr. Krumbein graduated from The University of Georgia’s school of Law, in Athens, GA in 1969. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA in 1966 with a Bachelors in Marketing and Finance. Mr. Krumbein also attended the Harvard School of Business advanced seminar on retailing for several years. Mr. Krumbein was admitted to the Virginia Supreme Court as well as all state courts in 1971, the US Supreme Court in 1975, and the Federal District Court for the Eastern and Western District of Virginia, as well as the US 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. He was also admitted to the US Tax Court in 1995. He has practiced in the SDNY and is Admitted in DDel BK.
Mr. Krumbein limits his practice to representing consumers in State and Federal Courts in collection defense claims, Social Security Disability claims. He also represents consumers in Bankruptcy court in prosecution of Chapter 7 (liquidation) and Chapter 13 (Debt Adjustment or Wage Earner) Bankruptcy. He also does commercial (not consumer) collections, and commercial leases.
Mr. Krumbein is a member of the Virginia State Bar. He has worked on the Clerk’s Committee for the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
