While we are providing you with the websites for the Credit Reporting Agencies, we recommend that you not use them to access your file.  The information that is available there may not be admissible in court, and may not be retrievable.  While we have been unable to confirm, we understand that some websites may require that you submit any claims that you have to binding mandatory arbitration.  This means that you do not get your day in court, and do not get to have your case heard by a jury of your peers.

We do recommend that you send all your disputes to the credit agencies by US Mail, certified, return receipt requested.  This will enable you to ensure that you can prove that you sent the dispute, and that they received it.  The credit file that they send you is, under most circumstances, admissible.  It is, however hard to read, and we would be glad to assist you in reading the documents that they send you.  Just contact us for a free consultation.

It is very important to communicate with them in writing.

We recommend sending the dispute by certified mail return receipt requested. This proves that you sent it, and that they received it. We also highly recommend keeping a copy of what you sent.
